Drug Resistant Gene Detection

Antimicrobial resistance is a major public health problem and is mainly due to the indiscriminate use of antimicrobials in human and veterinary medicine. AMR genes refer to the genes implicated in or associated with the resistance to one or more antibiotics.

The use of RT-qPCR is fundamental for quantifying the expression level of AMR genes.
